Theft by API

If we didn't live in a capitalist society that monetizes APIs, we could have universalized REST and a programmer would just need to copy and paste their variables in to the JSON spitter outer program to write the entire gig. Like, I could write it in a day, but there's no regulatory body to say that the value of a first name should be carried in PHP as $first_name. REST API x says it's $firstName and REST API y says it's $_SESSION['first']. Fuck that. Computing is supposed to work for us. Tech, until the industrial revolution, has never not made lives easier. Currently, if you want to plow your field, you have to get a series of 700 adapters to put the plow on your tractor. A mule, at this point in history, is more efficient. Rise the fuck up, even if you don't fully understand it. The left needs to get it the fuck together. APIs have made $1,242,816,811,000 in sales over the last 5 years. That is all money that is made by changing a character exclusively for the purpose of making it too hard to understand for common use. This is just my niche. All of them work this way.
